More Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
